1. WHO CAN USE DAREMATE

You must be at least 18 years old to use Daremate. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. WHAT DAREMATE IS

Daremate is a mobile app that provides weekly dare challenges for couples. Users spin a wheel to receive dares across different categories and complete them together. Premium users can also create their own custom dares, stored locally on their device only. The app includes a Vault for reviewing completed dare history (premium), an Apart mode for when partners are not together, a streak and progression system, and spin limits that reset weekly (free users receive 20 spins per week; premium users have unlimited spins). Daremate also includes a Decide tab with tools to help couples make decisions together: Movie Jar, Restaurant Roulette, and Tonight's Leader.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Daremate offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

• Payments are processed through Google Play. Prices are displayed and charged in the currency shown by Google Play at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal.
• To cancel, go to your Google Play subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
• We may change subscription prices at any time and will notify users of material price changes.

4. USER CONTENT

Daremate allows users to enter content such as partner first names, movie and restaurant names, and, for premium users, personal notes and custom dares. This content is stored locally on the user's device. You are solely responsible for any content you create or enter. We do not access, moderate, or store this user-entered content on our servers. You agree not to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the app or its content
• Use the app to scrape, copy, or reproduce dare content in bulk for your own competing product or service
• Impersonate Daremate or claim official affiliation with Daremate without our permission

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in Daremate — including dares, illustrations, designs, and software — is owned by Armen Arshakyan IE. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our express written permission. Custom dares created by users remain the user's own content. Section 4 (User Content) governs user-created custom dares.

7. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Daremate is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the app. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months prior to any claim.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation first (30 days), followed by binding arbitration in Yerevan, Armenia, in English.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
